RAGI DOSA

 INSTANT RAGI DOSA

Ingredients:

Ragi Flour - 2 Cups

Rice Flour - 1 Cup

Sooji - 1/2 Cup

Green Chillies - 2 Chopped

Onions -1 Chopped

Jeera Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon

Salt - As Required

Curry Leaves - 1 Teaspoon (Chopped)

Preparation:

1. Add the ragi flour, rice flour and sooji with four cups of water and the required amount of salt and whisk it without any lumps.

2. Then add the chopped green chillies, chopped onions, jeera seeds and the chopped curry leaves to the batter.

3. Take a dosa tawa and grease it with oil. 

4. Then, take the required ragi batter in the tawa, and make it as dosas, one by one.

5. Now, serve the tasty and healthy ragi dosas with spicy tomato or onion chutney.
