MUTTON BONE SOUP

              Mutton Bone Soup:

Ingredients:

Mutton Bones - 200gms.

Garlic - 4 cloves

Ginger - 1 small piece

Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon 

Green Chilli - 1

Pepper - 1 ½ Teaspoon 

Clove - 1

Cardamom - 1

Sesame Oil - 3 Teaspoons

Onions - 2 (Chopped)

Ripe Tomatoes - 2 (Chopped)

Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs 

Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)

Pepper Powder - ½ Teaspoon 

Salt - As Required 



Preparation:

First, take 4 cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, 1 spoon of cumin seeds, 1 green  chilli, 1 and half spoon of pepper, 1 clove and 1 cardamom and grind it in a blender. 

     Then, take a cooker and add some sesame oil, add the  chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, two sprigs of curry leaves and the required salt along with the mutton bones and half a spoonful of pepper powder and saute for sometime.

     Now, take the ground mixture from the blender and add it into the cooker and saute it well for another five minutes. 

     Then, add three to four glasses of water and let it boil. Now add the chopped coriander leaves into the cooker and close the lid and keep it up to 10 whistles.

     The tasty mutton soup is now ready. Serve it hot. Enjoy your soup. Bon appetite!
