Kulambu Chilli Powder

               Kulambu Chilli Powder 

Ingredients:

Red Chillies (Dried)              - 15 Numbers

Coriander Seeds                    - 5 Tablespoons 

Cumin Seeds                          - 2 Teaspoons 

Channa Dhal                          - 4 Teaspoons 

Toor Dhal                               - 4 Teaspoons 

Pepper                                    - 1 Teaspoon 

Fenugreek                              - 1 Teaspoon 

Preparation:

 - Take a pan.

- Dry roast the above mentioned ingredients in a low flame, until they turn golden brown. Wait until a nice aroma comes out of it.

- Let the ingredients cool for sometime.

- Then, take a blender and grind the ingredients to a fine powder. 

- Store it in a dry container. 

- You can use it for making South Indian Puli Kulambu, by adding two teaspoons of this Kulambu Chilli Powder along with plain red chilli powder for added taste and flavour.

Note:

- Be careful that you don't burn or char the ingredients while roasting.
