Carrot and Tomato Soup

                    Carrot and Tomato Soup 

Ingredients:

Tomatoes (Ripe)               - 400gms.

Carrots                               - 200gms.

Sugar                                  - 1 Teaspoon (Optional)

Salt                                     - As Required 

Pepper Powder                - 1 Teaspoon 

Cream                                - 1 Teaspoon (Optional)



Preparation:

- Chop the carrots and tomatoes. Boil them in one cup of water. Add the required salt while boiling.

- Boil until the vegetables are completely cooked. 

- Cool the contents and strain the vegetables. 

- Blend the boiled carrots and tomatoes smoothly in a blender.

- Now, take a pan, and add the blended vegetables into it.

- Add four cups of water. Switch on the stove and stir the mixture until it boils, in a low flame.

- Finally, add the sugar and the pepper powder. Simmer for another ten minutes.

- For added taste, you can add a spoon of cream into the soup.

- The delicious 'Carrot and Tomato Soup' is ready to serve.
